Hard Enamel/Cloisonne/Die Struck
These emblems are Die Struck on copper base metal. Each color is then
placed inside a recessed cavity area one at a time, then fired to
high temperatures, stoned on even surface, plated and polished. The
steps used in this technique are lengthy but well worth it as the
results of our Hard Enameling process truly speak for themselves in
both quality and value. |

Die Struck/Soft Enamel
These
emblems are Die Struck on copper base metal. Color is applied directly
to the metal in the form of liquid color PPS matched enamels, and
may be placed together in multiples, then baked. No stoning is necessary
on this technique making this a faster and a more economical process.

Photo-Etched Soft Enamel
This
process features the etching of the image on metal instead of die
stamping. The image is etched on brass metal and PMS colors placed
in the recessed cavities in multiples, then baked. Our photo-etched
processes make it possible to get extreme detail and the quality
is exceptional.

Iron Base/Die Struck/ Soft Enamel
This
is one of our most economical processes. These emblems are die struck
soft enameled, silkscreened, and are barrel plated. The use of Iron
as a base metal make these a very economical way to add value to
any budget.

Silkscreened Enameling/ Silkscreening Combinations
Your
logo design is silkscreened directly on the metal's flat surface.
It differs from the die struck, or etched jobs in that there is
no metal in between the colors. This process may be used in combination
with our other production techniques to acheive dramatic effects
that otherwise would be impossible under older more traditional
methods.
